Delivery Information

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take 1–2 extra working days. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery is free on every order and arrives in 2–4 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day; orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

As soon as your parcel leaves us you get an email with a tracking link. If tracking has not updated for three working days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

If nobody is home the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot or pickup point. Parcels returned to us as undelivered are refunded in full once they arrive back.

Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at help@novara-online.shop and we will send a replacement or refund you.
