Returns & Refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item should be unused where possible and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

Email help@novara-online.shop with your order number and what you would like to return. We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we cover the return postage and refund your original delivery charge. For change-of-mind returns the return postage is yours to arrange and pay for.

Once we receive and check the item we issue the refund within 5 working days, to the same card or wallet you paid with. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show it.

Every product carries a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. If a fault appears after the 30-day window, contact us with your order number and photos or a short video and we will repair, replace or refund.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged through misuse, or products returned without their original safety parts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
