Novara is an online retailer selling home and kitchen products to customers in the United Kingdom through novara-online.shop. For any privacy question you can reach us at help@novara-online.shop.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (if provided) and order details. Card details are entered directly into our payment provider, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through cookies and analytics tools.

To process and deliver your order, to handle returns and refunds, to answer your enquiries, to prevent fraud, and — where you have agreed — to send you marketing emails. We also use aggregated data to measure and improve our advertising.

Only with the partners needed to run the shop: our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery carriers, our email provider, and analytics or advertising platforms such as Google. We never sell your personal data.

Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Email help@novara-online.shop and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use cookies that are necessary for the basket and checkout to work, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the checkout may not work correctly without the essential ones.
