Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards and the wallets shown at checkout.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our delivery information.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it for a refund. We extend this to 30 days. Full details are in our refund policy.

Products come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
